Indirect Sales Manager in Stockholm

About the position
As the Indirect Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and securing new partnerships to distribute our Operational Lease product. Your primary focus will be building relationships with Automotive OEM’s, private importers and auto dealers to expand the reach and sales of our leasing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition & Development. Identify and establish relationships with potential partners such as OEMs, private importers and auto dealers to drive the distribution of our Operational Lease products for both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
- Sales Strategy & Execution. Develop and execute a strategy to engage partners, grow sales pipelines and ensure the delivery of leasing solutions that meet market demands
- System Development & Support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the necessary system functionality is established and operational processes are efficient to support this new business line. Monitor the performance of these systems and processes, ensuring they are delivered, maintained and continuously improved to meet operational needs
- Market Analysis. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for partnerships and product improvements
- Collaboration & Communication. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations and product teams, to ensure alignment and the seamless execution of the business strategy
- Plan, implement and present our sales system and product training for the dealer network
- Leadership & Team Building, establish best practices and contribute to a strong collaborative culture

We are excited to be expanding our distribution channels of our Operational Lease product for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. To help drive this growth, we are establishing a commercial team, and we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Indirect Sales Manager to play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development or partner management, preferably within the automotive, leasing or financial services sectors
- A strong network within the automotive industry, including relationships with OEMs, auto dealers or private importers
- Solid understanding of operational leasing, financial products and the automotive sales landscape
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach to driving results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute detailed operational plans
- Experience in managing system implementations or collaborating with IT teams to support business initiatives is a plus
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
